It’s getting to be that time in our lives when our favorite bands go on anniversary tours. ZZ Top just announced that its 50th anniversary trek will hit Tampa, and today found the B-52’s revealing that the band's 40th anniversary celebration would route through Clearwater.

“Who knew that when we played our first house dance party in Athens, Georgia in 1976 that we would be still be rocking the house in 2019?” vocalist Kate Pierson said in a press release.

Ruth Eckerd Hall plays host on August 28 when electro-pop group OMD and Terri Nunn-led new wave outfit Berlin open the show. Tickets go on sale Friday, April 12 and will cost $53.25-$133.25.

Billboard has also announced that Fred Armisen and Craig Johnson will produce and direct a documentary about the B-52’s, but no word on whether there’ll be a camera crew when the band hits Tampa Bay.
