Barbra is back baby. Today, Amalie Arena announced that Barbra Streisand would be coming to Tampa on November 30.
Tickets go on sale next Thursday, September 29 at 10 a.m. EDT and will run you $99-$110. American Express card members will get a jump on tickets since they can start buying them tomorrow, September 22 at 10 a.m. EDT. More information is available at CL's event's calendar.
Streisand, 74, hit no. 1 on the Billboard 200 for the 11th time last week. This is her Tampa Bay debut.
A press release says Streisand will be "performing her hits from each decade and other favorites, including from her latest number one album, ENCORE: Movie Partners Sing Broadway" celebrating a career of unparalleled creative achievement.
Streisand has already visited Los Angeles, San Jose, Las Vegas, Chicago, Brooklyn, Boston, Washington D.C., Philadelphia and Toronto on this tour.
The press release also points out that Streisand has recorded 52 gold, 31 platinum and 13 multi-platinum albums in her career. She is the only woman to make the All-Time Top 10 Best Selling Artists list. Streisand also has the longest span of number one albums in history, just under 52 years.
