Sunday Funday happens on Tampa Bay's rapidly disappearing Beer Can Island this weekend with Boston Afro-Latin disco DJ Bosq (stylized “BOSQ”) headlining an all-day “tropical island disco party.” The throwdown is only accessible by boat, so hop in your own, or spring for the shuttle included in some of the ticket options.

Bosq joins a handful of Florida DJs including Miami’s Will Renuart and Brad Strickland. Besides beach-dancing there’s free yoga and meditation sessions throughout the day. Ain’t nothing gonna break your stride, well, unless an afternoon thunderstorm comes through.

Sunshine City Disco Island Party: BOSQ w/Will Renuart/Brad Srickland/JB Dizzy + Papi Disco/Austen van der Bleek Sunday, Jul. 18. 10:00 a.m. Free-$60. Pine Key, aka Beer Can Island, Tampa. eventbrite.com
