Cory Nichols, the Bradenton-based young rapper, who cites Kendrick Lamar and Mac Miller as his biggest influences, is finally dropping his debut album Detours & Daydreams this week.

While Nichols keeps the details of his pet project as secretive as possible, we have a feeling that at least a handful of tracks will have a lot to do with becoming a father, and also getting through the passing of his sister.

Tickets to see Cory Nichols play Bradenton's Oscura on Friday, Nov. 17 are still available and cost $5.
