Christian pop-rock artist Tauren Wells to kick off tour in Tampa this fall

Wells will headline at Yuengling Center alongside opening acts Aaron Cole and Lakewood Music.

Tauren Wells, a 10-time Grammy nominated Christian pop-rock and R&B artist, will begin his first headlining arena tour in Tampa later this year to showcase his upcoming album Joy In The Morning.

The concert will take place on Thursday, October 6 at 7:00 p.m. at Yuengling Center on the University of South Florida's Tampa campus. Tickets go on sale on Tuesday, May 31 at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster and range from $15-$80.

Fellow Christian hip-hop artist Aaron Cole and church-band Lakewood Music will open for Wells throughout the tour.

Joy In The Morning is set to drop on June 10, with singles "Fake It," featuring Cole, "Come Home" and "Empty" already available on streaming platforms.

Wells—an alum of the Winter Jam concerts that regularly stop in Tampa Bay—will also hit Fort Lauderdale's The Parker and Jacksonville's Florida Theatre during his nationwide tour.
