Clear Soul Forces rapper Noveliss helps launch ‘On the One’ showcase next week in Ybor City

“On the One”—a new event series driven by Mike Mass and Wave Theory event—hits The Bricks Wednesday focusing on producers (Lele, Spon, Tvpes, Slopfunkdust) and emcees (Perception, Vern Sr., K III).

For the main course, the inaugural night brings in Detroit’s Noveliss (part of hip-hop group Clear Soul Forces) to the Ybor City restaurant and venue. The lyricist is also a samurai-in-training and brings a lot of MF Doom, Nas, and Redman-influence to his music. Mass plays host, per usual, and DJs DFaz and Deejay Kellan provide the in between jams.
