Before COVID-19 fucked everything up, a Tampa Bay appearance from Coheed and Cambria was an annual event to look forward to. You would generally have to drive to St. Petersburg to be in the band’s presence, but in a post-COVID world, the group behind “Welcome Home” is going slightly bigger.

Following a 2021 tour with The Used, and the recent release of Vaxis – Act II: A Window of the Waking Mind, the New York prog-rock quartet rolls into town for this Wednesday, July 13 show at Tampa's MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre that Dance Gavin Dance was originally set to open.
That band’s lead singer, Tilian Pearson, is now the center of sexual misconduct allegations, so Alkaline Trio will open instead.
