Controversial L.A. rapper Blueface to appear at Whiskey North Tampa

He plays on February 16.

Blueface Ascendant Los Angeles rapper Blueface says that his next full-length release features Drake and also drops this month. We’re just hoping he’s OK after getting picked up for felony gun possession on February 1 (he was released early the next morning). The arrest came a couple of months after the 22-year-old born Jonathan Porter was arrested in connection with a highway shooting, but we’re guessing that all of that trouble isn’t going to stop fans and heads from checking out one of L.A.’s most controversial rappers live and in the flesh.

Blueface. Sat. Feb. 16, 9 p.m. $30-$80. Whiskey North, 11921 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., Tampa.
