Corinne Bailey Rae and Joss Stone bringing joint tour to Clearwater this month

One has never been to Tampa, the other opened for the Stones here in 2005.

British neo-soul singer-songwriters Corinne Bailey Rae and Joss Stone will perform at Clearwater’s Ruth Eckerd Hall on Wednesday, Jan. 26.

Tickets to see Corinne Bailey Rae and Joss Stone at Ruth Eckerd Hall are still available, and start at $38.25.
You can’t say that these two have led boring lives in recent years—including during the pandemic. In November, a duet between Rae and Miles Kane, entitled “Nothing’s Ever Gonna Be Good Enough,” dropped onto streaming services. And in September 2020, Stone won the second series of “The Masked Singer” while wearing a sausage suit.

This is Corinne Bailey Rae’s Tampa Bay debut, while Stone once opened for the Rolling Stones when they played Tampa in 2005.

If Clearwater is a definite no-go for you, the two will be kicking the primarily east coast-focused tour off in Orlando, followed by Ft. Lauderdale in the days leading up to Tampa Bay’s turn.
