DieAlps!, Expert Timing to play Coppertail Brewing’s anniversary party in Ybor City

Because good beer deserves even better music.

Coppertail is switching its anniversary party protocol up by moving away from its Florida Weisse mini-fest format.

“There will still be tons of Berliners on tap,” the brewery promised, “but we are expanding the event to include more diverse styles.”

The party also gets a fresh lineup of music care of BOTB-winning indie-rock band DieAlps! (apparently "just another generic European pop band," to some) plus one of Orlando, Florida’s best punk-rock exports, Expert Timing. Cheech Nobregas’ own indie-rock band Fast Talkers plays support on the free show which opens to the public at 1 p.m.

Coppertail Fourth Anniversary w/DieAlps!/Fast Talkers/Expert Timing. Sat. Aug. 18. Sold Out. Coppertail Brewing, 2601 E. 2nd Ave., Ybor City. brownpapertickets.com.
