SHINE Opening Block Party w/DJ Mega The mural fest's original opening bash got rained out and today is the makeup day with St. Pete spinna DJ Mega handling the selections while artist Cecilia Lueza literally paints the intersections of Central Avenue and Fifth Street. Even if you don't make it out for the big party, there's still plenty to look at as murals are popping up all over the damn place. More information is available on Facebook. DJ Ku w/Heist If you like your three-day weekends to end with a Tuesday hangover, then grab yourself a Tubman and head out to The Ritz in Ybor City where Amphitheater's takeover of the club hosts a $20 sink or swim for a holiday edition of their Mischief Mondays weekly.
