Download: 'I Put a Spell on You'

Screamin' Jay Hawkins

Download at

This amazing black and white clip finds 1950s shock-rock pioneer Screamin' Jay Hawkins looking like a voodoo high priest in a dungeon straight out of a Vincent Price flick.

Hawkins has got a big, old bone through his nose and a human-looking skull in his hand. "I don't care if you want me, I'm yours," he bellows on his lone hit, which was later covered by Creedence Clearwater Revival. When the music stops, Hawkins grunts and squeals like a wild boar that just ingested too much whiskey — priceless. To find this clip use keywords "Screaming Jay Hawkins — I Put a Spell on You."
