It's the kickoff to a solo U.S. tour.

Patterson Hood
Based on the terror in Patterson Hood’s heart when he spoke to Creative Loafing Tampa Bay right after Donald Trump was elected in 2016, we’re pretty sure he feels the same way for Florida following Big Baby Ron’s landslide victory.

Maybe the Portland-based Drive-By Truckers co-founder will talk a little bit about that during one of the two shows he's playing at The Attic in Ybor City this weekend.

The 58-year-old will perform songs from his band as part of this tour kickoff, plus one or two from its latest record, Welcome 2 Club XIII, so don’t show up dead, drunk, or naked.
