The Florida Björkestra is a bonafide gem of the Tampa Bay music scene, and its tribute shows should be the standard for local ensembles. This one at Palladium Theater finds the 20-piece tapping back into a 2016 spectacle by teaming up with Ronnie Dee and Whitney James who’ll reprise their roles as Peter Gabriel and Kate Bush. Dee will perform one song from every album Gabriel has released in chronological order before James takes on a large slice of Bush’s catalog. Yes, there’ll be duets, and, yes, Wuthering Heights attire is encouraged.
