One of my favorite things to do over the holidays is to watch “Ghostbusters” while eating leftover Thanksgiving food. This year might call for a pre-game. We didn’t tell you to, but sneak a turkey sando into Mahaffey Theater this weekend when The Florida Orchestra plays Elmer Bernstein’s iconic score while the 1984 classic plays in the background. Peter M. Bernstein conducts, and that goo on your leg isn’t from Slimer — it’s the cranberry sauce from my food.

The Florida Orchestra plays 'Ghostbusters.' Sat., Nov. 23. Mahaffey Theater, 244 2nd Ave N., St. Petersburg. 7:30 p.m. floridaorchestra.org.
