Hip-hop artist Vern Senior just dropped two albums on March 20—Vern de la Rosa Vol. 1 and, you guessed it, Vern de la Rosa Vol. 2—both bringing that trippy, quality that Tampa has come to expect from the local emcee.

Listen to “Darkside Moon” with headphones on and your eyes closed for an out of this world transportation with old school roller skating rink beats. Senior is a part of Friday night’s “Hip-Hop Explored” put on by local label and collaborative Healthy Phoenix. The massive talent continues with the rest of the lineup: Queen of Ex, HeyeYella and Psych Montano. Masks are still required and Crowbar shows are still at a limited capacity.
