Fun-loving Americana band Happy Landing plays Tampa in March

Fans of foot-stomping, harmony-slinging Americana might want to check out Happy Landing, which WEGL called the first “‘skate-folk’ band in existence.”

Kerry Courtney, a songwriter with a vocal that wowed “American Idol” judges back in Season 15, opens the show, with the yachty, soft-rock styling of Speak Easy in the middle.

Tickets to see Happy Landing play Hooch and Hive in Tampa on Thursday, March 2 are still available for $15.
