The Poisonville Songs Project is back with another deep cut—and since Baer and the Lady is a chill, piano-blues band, the duo will play inside of the Comfort Inn lobby (loud bands play outside in the car port.) The Gainesville-based indie-folk duo is married, so members Kalani Baer and Connie Henshaw explore themes of love, strife, and struggle in their music. Poisonville Songs Project hosts a couple shows a month, so keep up with us as we try to keep up with Poisonville head honcho Henri Wong.

Poisonville Songs: Baer and the Lady. Sat. Feb. 1, 7 p.m. Free. Comfort Inn & Suites, St. Petersburg. INFO
