Not one to rest on his laurels, five-time Grammy nominee (and University of South Florida music professor) Chuck Owen is taking a break from his big jazz band and bringing a new sextet — ReSurgence, featuring Sara Caswell, Jack Wilkins, Corey Christiansen, Mark Neuenschwander and Matt Wilson — to back him as he gets behind a piano for the first time in 20 years.
