Over the summer, Tampa had a nice-to-meet-you show with Kairos Creature Club, a Jacksonville-based psych-rock indie supergroup of sorts featuring members of La Luz, Boytoy and The Mother Gooses.

Sponge is where all the recording equipment from Alexander Charos’ Yoko Phono studio lives now, so it makes complete sense to see Charos’ band space-rock band The Venus on this bill that finds Kairos Creature Club returning to Tampa’s West River where Indian Rocks Beach goths Fayroy open the show.
