R&B legend Keith Sweat’s  Birthday Celebration is coming to Amalie Arena.

Sweat's new tour will stop in Tampa on July 23—a day after his 60th birthday—along with a remarkable lineup of artists, including Monica, Tevin Campbell, Tamar Braxton, 112, Ginuwine and Silk.

Tickets go on sale next Friday, May 6 at noon on Ticketmaster. Prices range from $65 to $145.

The only other Florida stop is in Orlando.

Labeled as one of the godfathers of R&B, the Harlem native has had an extensive career in the genre, achieving milestones like six platinum albums, producing 15 Top 10 hits with songs like "Twisted", "Nobody", "Come and Get with Me" and "Make You Sweat,” in addition to being awarded the Soul Train Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to the industry.

Support artists on the birthday tour bill have seen just about the same amount of success.

Monica is a Grammy Award-winning artist and was the youngest female ever to have back-to-back no. 1 hits on Billboard's R&B chart, care of her 1995 debut album Miss Thang.

Tevin Campbell has sold over five million records in the United States and earned five Grammy nominations.

Following her debut as a solo artist from The Braxtons, Tamar Braxton won four Grammy awards, three Soul Train Music Awards and a BET award. Her most recent album, “Bluebird of Happiness,” climbed up the U.S. Top Album Sales chart to no. 5 and clinched the #1 spot on the Billboard Independent Chart.

Band 112 continues its legacy from the 1990s and early 2000s with hits such as "Only You", "Anywhere" and "Peaches & Cream," and Ginuwine’s 30 year career has brought him national recognition, winning him the Urban Music Icon Award in 2021 for his contributions to R&B.
