After a year returning to live music and releasing 100 copies of a new EP on cassette, Lakeland dream-pop group Spirit and the Cosmic Heart is set to reappear at Tampa’s Hooch and Hive on Friday, March 18. This show will kick off a brief southeast tour—most likely promoting the band’s latest EP, Moments—featuring dates in Florida and Georgia.
Tickets to see Spirit and the Cosmic Heart at Hooch and Hive are available on VenuePilot, and only cost $10.
Supporting lead singer Joshua Miller and friends will be New York duo The Dewars, and more local indie project Avet. The Dewars' latest single, “The Circus of the USA,” released the day after last year’s Capitol insurrection, so just for the sake of being current, here’s hoping that it’ll get dusted off at the show.
