Mick Jagger turns 70 on July 26, and WMNF celebrates the occasion in its usual manner: with a tribute show honoring the Rolling Stones frontman, his band, and one of their most celebrated albums. The party is spread over two days, at venues located on either side of the Bay, and 20 local acts playing anything from blues to funk to pop and hard rock deliver their own stylistic interpretations of Stones tunes. On both nights, Talk to Mark performs the entirety of Exile On Main Street ala Phish Halloween, 2009. The rest of the acts vary each night but both shows hold Mick Jagger lip sync impersonation contests, with prizes for the winners.
