Last month, Storage Unit Music released its debut, eponymous album on Bandcamp (RIYL “STOMP!” but wanted it to be more left-field, noisy and jazzy). While the group awaits its first gig, saxophonist Zachary Hickerson (pictured) is teaming up with his friend, bassist and composer Thomas Milovac to do a warmup show of sorts.

Prolific house concert booking agency Liquid Love Booking is not only putting that show together, but also Storage Unit Music’s first gig later this month. If you can’t catch Zach and Thomas, just know that not only is this a new project, but they were just at Uncle Lou’s in Orlando, so you likely will not be missing the last of them.

Ironically, this show is not at a storage unit; you’ll have to DM @theinbetweengallery to try and find it.
