Don’t worry, the Prince of Darkness hasn’t closed his eyes forever, but he is scraping his 2019 tour plans.
Yep, Ozzy Osbourne — still dealing with the fallout of a battle with pneumonia following an ATV accident — has pumped the brakes on his crazy train, which means that his Tampa farewell show set for June 2 at MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre is postponed until May 31, 2020.
"Words cannot express how frustrated, angry and depressed I am not to be able to tour right now,” Osbourne said in a statement. “I'm grateful for the love and support I'm getting from my family, my band, friends and fans, it's really what's keeping me going. Just know that I am getting better every day...I will fully recover...I will finish my tour...I will be back!"
Bay area fans with tickets to the original show as being asked to hold on to their original tickets since they’ll be honored on the new date.
