The Sacramento-based blues makers — led by singer, harmonica wailer and songwriter Estrin, and featuring guitarist Chris "Kid" Andersen, standing and singing drummer J. Hansen, and multi-instrumentalist Lorenzo Farrell (electric and acoustic bass, organ and piano). Video for the cheeky "I Met Her on the Blues Cruise" below.

On this new recording, singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Keller Williams teams up with Nashville's much loved bluegrass family the Travelin' McCourys for a dozen originals and covers that offer a unique twist on the narrative traditions of Americana music.

Not only a blues and folk-rooted posthumous release, this is the late Jim Dickinson's first and only live album with sons Luther and Cody, plus bassist Chris Chew of the NMAs and Jimmy Davis on rhythm guitar; it was recorded at the New Daisy Theater in Memphis on Fri., June 2, 2006, and includes select cuts from the show.

Dub Pistols, Worshipping The Dollar (Sunday Best Recordings)
The London-based outfit that fuses ska, dub, hip-hop, electro and punk as led by Barry Ashworth present their fifth studio album. Single "Mucky Weekend" features guest vocals from UK hip-hop legend Rodney P, the video (after the jump along with the rest of this week's new releases) a fast-paced ride through a night of mayhem.
