There’s nothing like good ol’ Midwestern emo music, and Tampa Bay is lucky enough to get a dose of it care of Ohio band Farseek, whose many D.I.Y albums explore themes of distance, anxiety, discontentedness, and fear.

Joined by Tampa favorites Snacking and Nervous Girls — as well as Floating Boy, a punk trio from Sarasota — Lucky You Tattoo is set to have a night full of screaming, sadness and the visceral combination of the two.

Farseek w/Snacking/Nervous Girls/Floating Boy. Wed. Nov. 8, 8 p.m. $8. Lucky You Tattoo, St. Petersburg. INFO.
