One of Tampa's most captivating songwriters, Tone I.E., opens June's edition of Rock the Park

Her powerhouse single 'Distraction' just got the music video treatment.

There are not many Tampa Bay-based singer-songwriters more captivating  than Tone I.E., who says, “I like to write songs about mfs who break my heart so I’m like Taylor Swift except I’m Black and Better.”

Her powerhouse single “Distraction” just got the music video treatment and is even more earth-shaking in person.

The prolific performer opens this free, family-and-pet-friendly long-running downtown concert series where she’ll be joined by electro-pop duo Fantastical Tigers and Berklee College of Music grad, saxophonist Trace Zacur.

There's no cover for Rock The Park Tampa, which happens on Thursday, June 1 at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park.
