He last graced Tampa Bay with his otherworldly presence in early 2018, playing Super Ape from start to finish for a packed house at the now under-renovation State Theatre, and now 83-year-old outsider reggae legend Lee “Scratch” Perry (who launched Bob Marley’s career) is returning after closing out 2019 in style with the release of his dream-team collaboration with Adrian Sherwood and Brian Eno, “Here Come the Warm Dreads.”

Lee Scratch Perry. Thu. Feb. 13, 8 p.m. $25 & up. Crowbar, Ybor City.
