California reggae rock band Rebelution’s Good Vibes Summer Tour is finally hitting St. Petersburg’s waterfront park Friday after being rescheduled from June 2020.
The Grammy-nominated foursome has that “we all graduated from UC Santa Barbara and don’t have many major life-problems” vibe, and there are no COVID-19 protocols listed in the event page’s rules, so maybe Rebelution has its head hiding deep down in West Coast sand hoping ‘rona doesn’t get them in the Sunshine State.
The band also partnered with Rock Brothers a few years back for a high ABV IPA plus its own weed strain, so either way the Rebelution world is a crispy one. All tickets for last year’s show are good and don’t be late, the show is over by 10 p.m. since the venue has a curfew.
Rebelution w/Protoje/Collie Buddz/DJ Mackie. Friday, Sept. 17, 4 p.m. $37.50-$40. Vinoy Park, St. Petersburg. @Noclubsproductions on Facebook
