Any bill with the Woolly Bushmen and Johnny Mile & the Kilometers on it is worth looking at, and this free show at The Bends became pretty much essential when San Diego rock and roll band The Schizophonics (supporting a new album, People In the Sky, being released on Halloween) appeared at the top.

If the spirit of the ‘60s and ‘70s, or the madness of a Jerry Lee Lewis show, sounds appealing, then you’ll want to be in St. Petersburg on Thursday.

Schizophonics w/The Woolly Bushmen/Johnny Mile & The Kilometers. Thurs. Oct. 24, 9 p.m. No cover. The Bends, St. Petersburg. INFO.
