Last week saw Chew play support on a bill headlined by Unwed Sailor, but the Atlanta-based psych-rock band stuck around Florida long enough to swing back through the Bay area and headline a show of its own at The Bends where two bands CL has written about recently — rock band Yr Glow and hip-hop duo They Hate Change — open the gig alongside Fort Myers’ Joshua Creek, whose debut LP, Blur, can induce moshing and crying within just one song (try “Crawl Space”).

This show is free, but 21 & up to attend.
