Can Crowbar handle two nerdcore shows in as many weeks? Find out on Monday when 42-year-old Baltimore rapper Raheem Jarbo (aka Mega Ran, a friend of MC Chris, who played the same room last weekend) arrives in Ybor City supporting a surprise EP—Ages, Vol. 1—which he debuted on Hip Hop DX.

“I took some inventory on my musical output this year, and it’s been mostly singles and joint projects, which made it time for me to work on solo music again,” Mega Ran told the website. “The project was just going to be one long song, ‘Ages,’ for Patreon and Kickstarter supporters, but I thought the end of the year was a perfect time to wrap up my year in music with a bit of reflection over several beats I’d been holding onto for years, such as the EOM track, and so I got to work.”
