There aren't many tunes Smith-Butz can't nail.

Depending on how many touring versions of more classic Broadway shows you’ve gone to see over the years, you may have already seen Annamarie Smith-Butz perform.

Her resume includes a handful of roles that Julie Andrews has touched upon (Eliza in “My Fair Lady,” Anna Leonowens in “The King and I”) and even Audrey in “Little Shop of Horrors.” She’s capable of nailing “I Could Have Danced All Night” and “Suddenly, Seymour,” meaning there are hardly any challenging Broadway tunes she can’t knock out.

Expect to hear showtunes turned into jazz pieces by Smith-Butz and musical director Robin Swenson.

Tickets to see  Annamarie Smith-Butz play the Side Door Cabaret at Palladium Theater in St. Petersburg on Thursday, May 16 are still available and start at $30.
