Tampa fans already know that Smashing Pumpkins' July 25 show at Amalie Arena is almost perfect, and today those fans got a glimpse into what this no-Darcy Wretzky reunion show might sound like.

Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan, guitarist James Iha, and drummer Jimmy Chamberlin have just shared "Solara," which is the first bit of fruit the Pumps have doled out since Iha, Corgan and Chamberlin reuinited — without Wretzky — in 2016. "Solara" was produced by Rick Rubin, who worked with the band on the 1997 Adore sessions and with Corgan on a 2017 solo release, Ogilala. The song is the trio's first new song since the year 2000.

Have a listen above, and get more information on the show — where Peter Hook's son, Jack Bates will play bass — below.
