Whitey Morgan—who sold his Martin acoustic guitar in a drawing for $25 with no rhyme or reason last month—brings his Waylon Jennings-esque vocals for what appears to be Morgan’s Tampa debut. The Michigan-based artist’s songbook includes booze and beyond, along with a few country non-standards, and even a version of Bruce Springsteen’s “I’m On Fire.”

Tickets to see Whitey Morgan and the 78s play Tampa’s Orpheum on Friday, Dec. 1 are still available and cost $25.
