The Wave Theory folks have another reason for servers, cooks and, maybe even a host or two, to get turnt on a Monday thanks to this monthly hospitality night in Ybor City.

It’s always good to see hip-hop artist Nico Sweet, whose space-jazzy single “Potluck” dropped in June. Clearwater singer Ayam, emcee KidArsenic and Elana Gilbert round out the musical acts with visual art from Tampa’s favorite Zaddy, Cam Parker, Devin Bennet, Pearl, Gun, and LeLe.

Host Mike Mass, DJ DFaz, and a custom craft cocktail menu tie the night together. If you’re not in the biz, now you know why your server always seems hungover on Tuesday.

Wave Theory Hospitality Night: Elana Gilbert w/Nico Sweet/KidArsenic/Ayam/DJ DFA. Monday, Aug. 30, 8 p.m. Free. First Chance Last Chance Bar, Ybor City. INFO
