Team Callahan — Dog Days Does it count if the band in question lives in Denver but secretly longs to be back home in sunny St. Petersburg? Because that’s what’s happening with Team Callahan’s Nick and Kathleen Arnal who managed to eek Dog Days out in between the attention their new song, Eliot, demands. The LP is all about home, so it inevitably dips into a loneliness, but the malaise is made bearable by the sunny melodies and driving indie-pop rhythm the ex-Happiness Machine members present on the 32-minute effort.
