This ongoing pandemic sent Camile Trust home from New York City where she’d been working as a musician for the last 8 years. Naturally, Trust wrote an album about it, and she’s coming home to play a release show at Floridian Social Club in St. Petersburg this Friday.

A majority of NY to FL was written over Zoom, but the 11-track release makes it feel like Trust is in your living room delivering lush harmonies (“Clouds”), big pop anthems (“Love Myself,” “Temperamental Weather”), sultry warnings (“Dangerous”) and steamy duets (“Without You”). A full band will help the songwriter and singer work through a 2-hour set at this album release show.
