Tarpon Arts and Ybor City Records are teaming up to stage a "Folk Rock Revival Summer" concert series, which will showcase some of Tampa Bay’s finest singer-songwriters through monthly performances.

The next installment takes place this Saturday, when Tampa Bay expat Leon Majcen—a devout John Prine fan whose song “World Gone By” was dedicated to the late songsmith—co-headlines with ex-Noise Ratchet vocalist Joel Luke, who’s currently working on an Americana and country-inspired solo project.

Tickets to the Folk Rock Revival Summer concert series with Leon Majcen and Joel Luke on Saturday, May 20 at Tarpon Arts in Tarpon Springs are still available and start at $17. Subscribe to Creative Loafing newsletters.
