Tampa Bay Listening Room Festival’s main event doesn’t happen until March 29, but the weeklong celebration of intimate concert spaces kicks off a few days beforehand. A handful or artists will play shows in St. Petersburg and Sarasota, but the highlight of Wednesday night is happening in Clearwater, where Orlando soul singer Cece Teneal headlines.
