Singer/Songwriter Night w/Marc Ganancias/Lou Collazo/Kristopher James/Jack Sprouse Band of Sorrows principal Jack Sprouse returns to Ella’s as he rounds up another trio of Bay area songwriters to sit in the round, play songs and share stories for diners lucky enough to grab a seat in the dining area. Included in this edition of the series is angel-voiced Bay area crooner Kristopher James, who can go full Amos Lee on you while also managing to work in a little Maxwell-esque falsetto just for kicks. Palladium Chamber Players w/Nancy Chang Violinist Jeffrey Multer, viola player Danielle Farina, pianist Jeewon Park and cellist Edward Arron join violinist Nancy Chang as they all work through a little Mozart, Rachmaninoff and Schumann during this Hump Day treat of a show. (Hough Hall at Palladium Theater, St. Petersburg) INFO

Da Cypher March Madness Tampa emcee Aych has been doing everything he can to help other Bay area wordsmiths excel with this cypher series, and now he’s turning the March edition of Da Cypher into a tournament where studio time is on the line along with promo, distro and PR. Competitors should be ready to execute two rounds before finding out if they made it to the finals. More information is available via (Crowbar, Ybor City) INFO
