✔️  Park Jam Series w/Eddie B. Swift/DJ Brian B/DJ Spaceship You can 100-percent totally catch Eddie B. Swift at Ol’ Dirty Sundays on November 19, but the year-old Park Jam series is hosting a kid-friendly daytime set for those of us who can’t risk not making it to work on a Monday. The Bronx-reared DJ cut his teeth in famed NYC clubs like Studio 54 and Palladium before really taking off after landing a gig guest DJing on WKCR’s Stretch Armstrong and Bobbito Show. His Lunch Breaks online series cemented B. Swift’s respected status in the hip-hop community. The rest is history, and you’ll be home before sundown if you head out to this downtown Tampa gig. ✔️  The Castle 25th Anniversary Party w/DJ Danny Bled/DJ Tom Gold/DJ Mark Paradise/more A one-of-a-kind Ybor establishment celebrates its silver anniversary with a sparkling lineup up of old favorites and South Florida goth and jungle DJ extraordinaire Danny Bled, who we’re sure will unleash a wave of mid-’80s favorites like the The Cure, Sisters of Mercy and Siouxsie Sioux. Noisemakers Tom Petty Tribute Boomers cried like hell when Tom Petty died last month, but kids liked the late Gainesville rocker, too. That’s why Noisemakers music school — which founder Gabe Whitney started as a reaction to his son Quin’s desire to actually play in the Heartbreakers — is putting some youngin’s onstage at this adult playground/brewery for a tribute set starting at 1 p.m. (3 Daughters Brewing, St. Petersburg) INFO

✔️ Et Cultura Interactive Music + Art + Film Festival w/Slowdive/The Budos Band/Talib Kweli/The Sh-Booms/Infinite Third/Silver Apples/Have Spirit/Queen of Ex/Rogerthomas/more The music portion of Et Cultura technically kicked off on Wednesday with a Jannus Live set from St. Pete songwriter Kristopher James, but things are in full swing tonight with Daptone Records darlings The Budos Band, NYC rapper Talib Kweli, a rare Florida set from shoegaze pioneers Slowdive and close to a dozen other local and international acts.
