You can’t talk about Tampa Bay jazz without bowing down to Belinda Womack who, along with her band Kool Reflektions, reigned supreme from the mid-’80s to mid-’90s. Womack pivoted to the church when the jazz market dried up, but Hooch and Hive gets the jazz scene matriarch back in the club on Saturday.
