Psych Montano—a Tampa-based rapper who arrived here by way of Long Island—puts a lot of the life he lived as “a Puerto Rican living in white suburbia” on tape, and on Friday he releases a collection of thoughts in the form of a new album. He’s joined by a supporting cast anchored by one of Tampa’s best emcees, Kat the Dutchess, at this no-cover gig. As you’ve come to expect at The Bricks, a mask is required for entry.
