Metal, but make it for charity. The third annual “Metal for iPads” show is this Saturday at Tampa’s Brass Mug, an event where all donations gathered at the gig go to the Apple a Day foundation, a non-profit that gives iPads to children with debilitating diseases, like cancer.

The minimum donation is only five bucks, which is a great deal to see Tampa death metal bands American Fix, Siren, Pagan Faith, Deceptive Intruder and Carnal Ruin. Come from the charity, or come for the metal—either way your donation goes towards a great cause.

Metal for iPads w/ American Fix, Siren, Pagan, Carnal Ruin & Faith Metal. Sat. Jan. 4, 6 p.m. $5 Donation Entry. The Brass Mug, 1450 Skipper Rd. More Info.
