The Breeders, who play The Ritz in Ybor City, Florida on October 18, 2018.

If you head to The Ritz Ybor's website, you'll see that iconic indie-rock band The Breeders are playing on October 18. Ticket prices have to be announced, but we're gonna guess they're going on sale this Friday, August 10 at 10 a.m. EST.

UPDATE: Tickets will cost fans $25.50-$45, and other Florida dates include October 19 (The Filmore Miami Beach).

Built around Kim and Kelley Deal, Jim Macpherson and Josephine Wiggs, the band reunited onstage in 2013 and released a comeback album, All Nerve, this year.

Just don't expect to see Kim Deal soaking in the sun when she visits the Sunshine State.

“I hate the sun. I hate the beach. I don’t lay out. I don’t like to be hot,” she recently told Rolling Stone about her time spent on Summerland Key, just six hours away from Ybor. "t’s gorgeous... and I take my 4-track and my guitars and microphone stands and mics and all my cables. And then I just work.”

We'll get you updated on ticket links and more Florida dates as soon as they're available. Listen to All Nerve below.

The Breeders. Thu. Oct. 18, 7 p.m. Price TBD $25.50-$45. The Ritz, 1503 E. 7th Ave., Ybor City. theritzybor.com.
