The guy who sings “Cupid Shuffle” (his name is Cupid, if you can believe that) is a highlight on the bill for the fourth annual Smooth Breeze Festival, which takes over Tampa Heights’ Water Works Park on Sunday. War vet turned southern blues singer Jeter “GQ Country Boy” Jones brings his swagger to the affair along with Miss Portia (“My Sidepiece Reply”) and another swinging soul-singer Roi “Chip” Anthony.
