As the world eases back towards the way things were before ‘rona, Lucky You Tattoo stages this bill which features bands that have played some of the best heavy music to come out of Florida over the last five years (Horsewhip was forced to drop off the show after this listing went to print).

Anchoring the lineup is the return of local hardcore/noise-rock outfit Vacancy which is joined by Florida doom-metal giant Thunderclap and North Port’s The Holloway Tape (pictured), which the event page says sounds like “The Dillinger Escape Plan and Mr. Bungle locked in a cage match after being force fed acid.”

And while you’ll see all the homies at this one, they’ll all be wearing a mask whether they’re vaxxed or not.

Vacancy w/Thunderclap/The Holloway Tape. Saturday, Oct. 16. 8 p.m. $10. @luckyyou.tattoostudio on Facebook
