Tampa Bay community radio station WMNF 88.5-FM and Todd Snider might as well be siblings. Both are time-tested (the 53-year-old Nashville songwriter released his solo debut, Songs for the Daily Planet in ‘94; WMNF used to broadcast out of a rundown Hyde Park home 40 years ago), and both are quirky as all get out. Todd Snider, Fri. Jan. 24, 8 p.m. $20. Centro Asturiano, Ybor City. wmnf.org.
